Wholesale Terms and Conditions for Bossa Skin

By opening a wholesale account with Bossa Skin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the Bossa Skin brand, its products, and professional treatments.

1. Protection of Brand Integrity
- All wholesale partners must uphold the reputation and image of the Bossa Skin brand. This includes maintaining consistent branding, marketing, and messaging as outlined by Bossa Skin.
- Any use of Bossa Skin’s name, logo, trademarks, or proprietary content in promotional or marketing materials must be approved in writing by Bossa Skin.

2. Pricing Policy
- Wholesale accounts must adhere to the recommended retail prices (RRP) set by Bossa Skin. No products may be sold above the RRP.
- No discounts, promotions, or sales must be applied to Bossa Skin products unless explicitly approved in writing by Bossa Skin. This includes bundling with other products, promotional giveaways, or any other form of discounting.

3. Intellectual Property – Professional Treatments
- Bossa Skin’s professional treatments, including treatment protocols and methods, are considered intellectual property of Bossa Skin.
- Professional treatments must only be performed by qualified skin professionals who have received appropriate training. These treatments and protocols must not be sold, shared, or used in any form of paid training or educational programs.
- While it is essential to follow the provided protocols, professionals are encouraged to use their expertise and ability to read individual skin needs for optimal treatment results and avoid adverse reaction. 

4. Liability and Insurance Requirements
- Bossa Skin is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or other outcomes resulting from the inappropriate use of its products or incorrect application of its treatments due to professional error.
- All professionals and businesses using Bossa Skin products must have their own public liability insurance to cover any potential claims that may arise from their practice.

5. Account Eligibility and Management
- Wholesale accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Bossa Skin. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any wholesale account that fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Wholesale accounts must provide valid business details, including proof of business registration, licensing, and insurance.

6. Minimum Order Quantities and Purchasing Policy
- To support small and independent businesses, Bossa Skin does not require a minimum order or opening order amount for wholesale accounts. We believe in empowering smaller enterprises to grow with us.
- Please note that shipping policies for wholesale orders differ from those for online retail customers. For wholesale orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $450. Shipping fees will apply to orders below this amount.
- Repeated returns, cancellations, or other purchasing behaviors that suggest non-compliance with wholesale agreements may result in the suspension or termination of the wholesale account.

7. Marketing and Advertising Guidelines
- All advertising and marketing efforts for Bossa Skin products must align with the brand’s guidelines and positioning. Misleading, false, or unauthorized claims about Bossa Skin products or treatments are strictly prohibited.
- Use of Bossa Skin imagery, content, and marketing materials is permitted only with prior written consent from Bossa Skin.

8. Territorial Restrictions
- Wholesale partners must sell Bossa Skin products only within their authorized territory. Selling outside of the designated region, including online sales to unauthorised territories, is strictly prohibited without prior approval.

9. Unauthorised Resale
- Resale of Bossa Skin products through third-party websites, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), or unauthorised platforms is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Bossa Skin.

10. Quality Control and Expiry Dates
- Wholesale partners must ensure proper storage and handling of Bossa Skin products to maintain quality. Products should not be sold after their expiration date, and customers should be informed about the proper usage and shelf life of the products.

-Products Shelf Life is 2 years once you receive it. The Period After Opening is 6 Months. 

11. Product Issues and Faulty Products
- At Bossa Skin, we take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
- We offer an exchange for any faulty products and will replace the product for you. To process the exchange, we may require the faulty product to be returned to us for quality control and verification purposes.
- If a product needs to be returned, Bossa Skin will provide instructions on how to do so. We will cover the cost of shipping for the return of any faulty items.
- Please report any faulty products within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exchange or replacement.

12. Modification of Terms
- Bossa Skin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Wholesale partners will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the wholesale account signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with Bossa Skin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
